Dr. Billy Nale has been pastor of First Baptist church since February of 2000. Billy grew up the son of an Army officer and has lived in many states and overseas. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina, his Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary in Lynchburg, VA. Before coming to First Baptist Billy served churches in North Carolina, Florida, and Georgia. He and his wife, Rhonda, have two children and three grand-children.
Kelly was born and raised in Foley and she grew up attending First Baptist. She is a graduate of Foley High School and Samford University. Kelly has also earned a Master of Arts in Religious Education degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, TX. Before moving back to Foley, Kelly served as Youth Minister at FBC, Fulton, KY and as Activities Director for FBC, Paducah, KY. She has served on staff at First Baptist Foley since September of 2003. Kelly and her husband, Chris, are the proud parents of two sons, Seth and Jay, and one daughter, SaraBeth.
Born and raised in Venezuela. Has been involved in missions, evangelism and church planting for most of his life. His home church has planted more than 8 healthy and thriving churches around the city. He has collaborated in three other church plants under the ministry of his father who led a church that experienced a growth of around 300% and at the same time planted 2 churches in 7 years. Came to the USA in 2003 to study music at the University of Mobile. Has taken some graduate courses in music at University of Southern Mississippi and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and is currently working on his M.Div. at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. After a few years of leading worship and training other musicians, he answers God’s calling to plant a Hispanic Church and at the same time be the Missions Pastor at FBC Foley. He is married to Tiffany and has one daughter, Senia Isabella. The Robayna Family lives in Daphne AL.
Sharon has been employed at FBC Foley since 2007. She began her employment as the church secretary and nursery worker and is now the FBC Foley's Office Manager and Financial Secretary. She works with the Counting Committee and the Finance Committee which is made up of church volunteers. She also organizes office volunteers who are a tremendous help each week. Sharon is married to Mark Collins and they have two children (Haleigh and Hunter). She is a senior at Troy University and is graduating with a BS in Psychology and Criminal Justice. Sharon is a member of the Alabama Association of Baptist Secretaries, American Association of Christian Counselors, and the National Rehabilitation Association.
Hope has been a member of First Baptist Church since 2005. She joined the church staff in 2006. Hope is currently the Preschool Director. She is married to Anthony and they have one son, Trevior.

Greg joined our staff in August of 2014. He is a native of Meridian, MS where his ministry career began. Since then he has served in several churches located in Laurel, MS; Calhoun City, MS; and in Anderson, SC. Greg is a graduate of Southern Mississippi where he earned a BA in Music Education (Piano, Choral) and received his MA in Worship Studies from Liberty University. As an arranger of orchestral and choral music he has had compositions performed by various churches, community bands, and a symphonic orchestra. Before moving to Foley, he was pianist for the Anderson Symphony and one of the musical directors for Project Challenge Playhouse. As a worship leader his passion is working with the choir and, orchestra, and rhythm section through music of all generations to help people respond to the greatness of God. First Foley is also blessed with the musical talents of his wife, Christy (Flutist/vocalist/music teacher) and their two children, Maddie (Vocalist) and Jacob (guitar/saxophone).
