Dr. Billy Nale
Pastor
Dr. Billy Nale has been pastor of First Baptist church since February of 2000. Billy grew up the son of an Army officer and has lived in many states and overseas. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina, his Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary in Lynchburg, VA. Before coming to First Baptist Billy served churches in North Carolina, Florida, and Georgia. He and his wife, Rhonda, have two children and three grand-children.

Kelly Tibbs
Minister of Youth and Evangelism
Kelly was born and raised in Foley and she grew up attending First Baptist. She is a graduate of Foley High School and Samford University. Kelly has also earned a Master of Arts in Religious Education degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, TX. Before moving back to Foley, Kelly served as Youth Minister at FBC, Fulton, KY and as Activities Director for FBC, Paducah, KY. She has served on staff at First Baptist Foley since September of 2003. Kelly and her husband, Chris, are the proud parents of two sons, Seth and Jay, and one daughter, SaraBeth.

 Anthony Shane Latta
Minister of Children and Families
Shane's purpose is to serve God as a shepherd, providing Christ-like leadership in the lives of children and their families. Shane graduated from the University of Alabama where he was a section leader in the Million Dollar Band. He is just a few hours short of earning his Master of Arts in Religion from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary in Lynchburg,VA. Shane is married to Brooke and they have one son, Matthew and one daughter, Mary Elizabeth.
